Nigerian-American Artist David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has established a faculty of music and arts at a Ugandan university.
The Nigerian musician revealed this on his Instagram story on Saturday, March 30, 2024, posting pictures and videos.
At the event at the university, Davido was presented with a distinguished award carrying his name in bold letters: “Davido Hall,” a memorial to the newly constructed hall dedicated in his honour on university grounds.
Davido then established the Faculty of Music and the Arts, cutting the ceremonial ribbon as sign of the official commencement of the faculty.
