Ukrainian President Zelensky during his visit to Belgium on Tuesday, lashed out at Russian President Putin, alleging that the Kremlin wants the peace summit to fail.
The Ukraine’s peace initiative is scheduled to hold on 15 and 16 June in Switzerland.
According to Zelensky, Putin is attempting to sabotage the meeting, dashing the hopes of peace away.
“Putin is very afraid of the peace summit. He has already tried to make this summit fail and he will continue to do so.” He said.
Meanwhile, US President, Joe Biden is expected to be present at the peace summit.
Vladimir Putin is the longest-serving Russian or Soviet leader.
