Labour suspends strike for a five days period

The Labour unions has suspended its nationwide strike for a period of five days, intended to allow uninterrupted meetings with the tripartite committee on the new national minimum wage.

This was disclosed to by the labour union leaders under the condition of anonymity.

According to the sources, the strike was suspended after meeting with the FG Tripartite Committee today (Tuesday).

This development indicates a resumption of operations and services across the nation until the end of negotiations.
