The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, will serve as the keynote speaker at the 6th edition of the Security and Emergency Management Awards (SAEMA 2024) and Conference.
Scheduled for November 28, 2024, the prestigious event will be held at the Defence Headquarters Conference Hall in Abuja, starting at 10 a.m.
Organized by Emergency Digest, a publication of the award-winning Image Merchants Promotion Limited (IMPR), in collaboration with the Centre for Crisis Communication (CCC), SAEMA aims to celebrate exceptional contributions to Nigeria’s safety, security, and emergency management sectors.
This year’s theme, “Leveraging Inter-Agency, Civil-Military Relations,” underscores the importance of collaboration in addressing security challenges and strengthening emergency response efforts across the country.
The event will recognize individuals and institutions demonstrating outstanding gallantry, patriotism, and leadership in ensuring public safety and security.
It also serves as a platform for stakeholders in the defense, security, and emergency management sectors to share insights and foster partnerships.
General Musa’s presence as the guest speaker highlights the significance of civil-military cooperation in achieving national security objectives.
